The Gallbladder and bile

Fat, fried foods, coffee. All this can lead to problems with your gallbladder because the gallbladder produces bile, which is responsible for the breakdown of fats in the gut. But  the bile is not produced in the gallbladder but in the liver. From there it runs into the gall bladder, where it is stored. Depending on how much bile is needed, it is discharged  into the intestine. So the required amount of bile for digestion is always available - well, at least this is the case if  things are working as they should.
