A little exercise in your everyday life is very good. By this I do not mean competitive sport! If you have a certain sport as a hobby which you enjoy and feel good about- great, keep it up! Otherwise, just bring in some movement into your everyday life. Just little changes can make a big difference. For example use the bike instead of the car for short distances. This benefits not only the health but also protects the environment and strained budgets . Walks in the fresh air are the easiest way of exercise , no matter where. Trying to combine rest and activity is perfect and benefits your gallbladder and any other organs.
