Helpful Home Remedies
But what can you do specifically for the gall? Are there any helpful tips or home remedies which help? There are. There is actually more than one herb being grown for helping the gall, namely herbs with bitter substances. The bitters stimulate the liver and gallbladder to help the digestion. But unfortunately by that I do not mean a glass of bitters every day. this is pure self-deception – in this case the alcohol works stronger than the herbs, and certainly not in a positive way. When using pills and powders one should be aware of the differences in quality. and for an amateur it is not very easy to know which is which. It is a lot easier with the herbal teas. Simple products containing only herbs in tea bags are widely available . You can find them as liver-Gall-Tea or under a similar name. Balanced herbal blends, for example, including delicious peppermint are quite tasty to drink. And artichokes you can eat. They also contain healthy bitter substances, but they taste more like a holiday in the south than bitter pills.
